Hate is a strong word.
But I believe that his “system” is no longer effective for this team. Maybe you haven’t noticed, but he’s really turned into Bylsma 2.0. He just sticks to the same old lines. Doesn’t try to really mix things up. Doesn’t reward players when they do play good. Doesn’t demote when players are dry as a bone(Rust). Look at some of the players who leave Sullivan’s system. They succeed because they’re given more opportunities than grinding away on L4. I’m sure he’s very vocal to Hextall about the type of players he wants on the roster. How’s that working out? Heinen stinks. What made him successful during the b2b run was his ability to be flexible and take chances with the kids from the baby Pens. This team is far too inconsistent for my liking and I don’t trust them. Win 7 lose 9. Win 3 lose 5.

It could be worse, you could have John Hynes and David Poile.
