I know it’s only one game in a very long season, but this team had an equally long summer and still came out and played a terrible game.
The only positive from last night was the fans booing. Now someone needs to start chanting “Fire Sullivan” and maybe things will progress. Hell, if this club was playing in Europe, there would have been chants, walkouts and screams of FSG to sell the Pens and sack Sullivan.

Speaking of FSG….this whack a doo thinks Sullivan is a top 3 coach. TOP 3

New tendie was OK and the Wings own-goal felt like the right way to get on the board. Team looked a little slow in P1 but seemed to get a little speedier once they woke up. Still getting slow on the back half of the game, which I thought was a lesson learned from the last two years. Maybe not.

Fine against Detroit, but I don’t think that’s gonna be the same result against, say, the Avs. They gotta step it up or it’s gonna get ugly.
