Apologies to any Islanders fans but they truly play THE most miserable brand of hockey. Just awful awful hockey to watch, a Dallas/Islanders Final would truly have been, eye bleedingly awful.

The stage is set. The 2020 Stanley Cup Final between the Tampa Bay Lightning and Dallas Stars begins Saturday evening. Should be one hell of a battle to see who will hoist Lord Stanley.

I know it’s only minus a day here and there but I’m surprised the union agreed to it. Especially for Tampa that has played more games and less rest days.

So the Sens have officially announced a return to a logo essentially the same as the original one from the 90’s.

I approve of this. Not my team but I hated the 3D logo they were using. The classic look of the 90’s logo is better.
