Weird. Normally those thicker jackets are less susceptible to splits and dings.

Yeah, I think the fact all my VMP records come 5400km on a truck from Mississauga means that they take more of a beating.

Really dig this album though. Nice pregame music.
 
I played this yesterday, it just took me a while to get around to posting it.
I bought all the Kate Bush box sets when they were super cheap on Amazon Canada sometime last year (I think), but I'm ashamed I hadn't spun this one yet. It's awesome, of course!

Donna Summers - On the Radio: Greatest Hits Volumes I & II.

So, I bought a bunch of used vinyl pre-Covid that I never listened to and has been just sitting in a crate in the basement. This challenge inspired me to dig it out and this one seemed appropriate after today’s VMP Exclusive. A good reminder that I don’t need to spend $30 on fancy new vinyl when I have un-spun albums by that artist already.

Edit: Super fun discovery. Record I has Side 1 and Side 4, while Record II has Side 2 and Side 3. And not a screw up, the labels match. Don’t think I’ve seen that before.

Listened to this morning...
Another one of the box sets I got when they were super cheap on Amazon Canada. I already had regular versions of all these soundtracks so I hadn't even opened the box to see what they looked like. They're super nice and actually sounded ok (except for one).

What the actual fuck. I bought this 2.5 years ago? I don’t even have an excuse other than I have a lot of records and this got shelved sealed before I spun it.
