Reigning Sound - Shattered
Greg Cartwright has made a lot of music; with Reigning Sound. The Oblivians, The Compulsive Gamblers and more. I'd say this record is among his most accessible.
I have always thought that if I ever did a N&G AOTM one my top picks would be this record.
