Meanwhile I've tried filing a package status inquiry on USPS's website but get an error every time I try to submit it. So I don't even have a way to alert USPS that there might be a problem.

Edit: This Reddit comment solved the issue of submitting a ticket with USPS so at least there's that.

THE BOX ARRIVED!@#$%

Looks like opening a USPS status ticket did the trick. They didn't give me any details about what happened but about two days after I submitted my claim they sent me an update saying it was "resolved" and shortly afterward it began movement for the first time in over two weeks. I'm guessing some poor worker went diving into a giant pile of boxes that had stacked up somewhere in the warehouse and dug mine out.
