Online Vinyl Deals

@MikeH yeah I did that but am getting mixed results similar to

So now I’m wondering if it is discounted, but doesn’t show it in store until you ask, does that mean they all are discounted …and you just have to ask

Online from the B&N site is still gonna be full price. I just searched using that store specific Google method. It definitely wasn't stickered/marked down either, but, according to them, it must have been missed/should have been. If that's true, then the fact that they didn't do it worked in my favor.

You want me to go inside a Wal Mart?
God no. I did this a couple years ago for the first time in like a decade specifically for their BF vinyl sale and it was just as awful as I remembered. I did tough it out and end up with about 7 albums for around $100 but it was not a good time.

Alright, here’s my haul…

Metallica - Kill Em All
Metallica - And Justice For All
Van Halen - Van Halen
Van Halen - 1984
AC/DC - Highway To Hell
Kendrick Lamar - Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers
VA - Now That’s What I Call A Decade 1980s

So, I swung by both Walmarts that are relatively close. The first one was the “nicer” (if that’s possible) of the two, they had their vinyl displayed on a shelf but nothing that remotely interested me lots of duplicates. After striking out there I went to the Walmart in Lakewood, it was not nearly as busy (except of the electronics department) but they had all their vinyl locked up which probably resulted in them having a decent amount and varied selection. The very patient and kind woman working in the department waited while I thumbed through everything they had. I end up with these seven for jus a bit over $100. Now I hope to avoid going back to Walmart for anther half decade or so.

I already own the standalone remix and the mono 2014 but I'm still tempted by this price for the box and the outtakes that I'll never listen to. Man, this is a crazy hobby...
This is me...as I stare online at a nearby store who has it in stock at this price
I caved. Seeing the manager’s face at Barnes & Nobles when she realized the boxset was 75% off may have been worth it alone.
