I got stuff from them fairly quickly. Mine got stuck in a hub though for a bit

I think it's worth pinging them on that. I order from them somewhat regularly and they always ship within a day or two. I usually just order used stuff from their shop - I've never got anything from one of those Liquidator sales though - that might ship from somewhere else.
I did contact them. I just sent another email.
“I am so sorry for the delay in getting your order out to you! We are currently getting the last items from the sale out the door. I know it's been a bit of a wait but as you can imagine the Liquidator sales have been massively popular and it's taken a little longer than normal to get orders out. Your order is ready to go and should be shipping out either today or tomorrow.”
Refreshingly direct, none of this “we didn’t expect there to be a Christmas this year so we didn’t know people wouldn’t be working” excuses
