ALL OF THEM If you enjoyed Ayalew Mesfin pick, go with Abu Obaida Hassan & His Tambour: The Shaigiya Sound of Sudan. Really nice story and either you like Ethiopian music or not, read the story behind the record. If you are more into "traditional" west african music, go with Star Band de Dakar: Psicodelia Afro-Cubana. If you ask me what was my favourite: Synthesize the Soul: Astro-Atlantic Hypnotica from the Cape Verde Islands Have a nice trip!

@Matt M How do you like Secretly? The 25% off for a 6 month makes this VERY tempting. I don't want to be locked in yearly as I still want to primarily curate for myself heading into the next decade as a goal.

I dig it, and there is enough older indie stuff I'd like to grab at some point. For the year deal at only about $13 a month, I don't mind swapping for a not as expensive option occasionally. The variants are pretty decent each month.

Oh, and they've been super easy to deal with in swapping.

Scanning their exclusives of the month, the only one that I am clamoring for is their red exclusive of Burn Your Fire For No Witness, but it looks like members only. $9.99 is certainly a great price for the members. I'll think about it.
