Hopefully yours aren't damaged. Mine (Bob Marley Exodus) has a bit of a bend on the jacket, but I haven't had time to open and inspect yet.

Mine were actually in great shape! I have only had a few bad experiences with amazon (including getting a Courtney Barnett record once where they just slapped the mailing label on the outside of the record sleeve and dropped it in the mail hah) but they have always done returns or refunds for me.

That's good to hear. I haven't had a problem with Amazon until this one and I'm not sure if it's all that bad, I'll be inspecting tonight. I know others here have had issues, I've always felt fortunate to get my stuff quick and clean.

I ordered Sunday night at 8PM and one of the box sets and 2 of the single LPs were in my mailbox on Monday. The other two box sets are delayed but I knew that when I ordered them.

Yeah, I've already requested replacements for two albums from this sale. One was delivered in a plastic bag so of course the corners were all trashed. 🤦‍♂️

I had my first Amazon record packed like this last week. Not sure why they would think that would hold up. Thing was pretty banged up. Talked them into just refunding me without sending it back. Record was filthy and looked pretty scratched, but mostly ok after a clean.

Same sale but different records I believe. Amazon is much easier to search too but maybe that's because I was on mobile for the Target sale. I have had good luck with Target's packaging too though.

I received my shipment yesterday, records floating in a big box, one record in a sub box. That record was supposed to be Shoot Out the Lights, but instead was the Ramones debut record. Went through the return process, hoping they’d let me keep it and just send me the correct record, but nope, they want it back.
