I think you are correct. I Imagine each bundle has certain select titles which is why they did four different vinyl bundles.

Seems to be 3 random records in each bundle (2 single LPs and 1 2xLP). And I assume color is the same but with colored wax.

That is what I assume too. I feel like if you order 2 of the same number bundle, you will get 2 orders of the same records.

My record shipments have generally been about the same but I placed a couple udiscover orders recently and those shipped within like 4 business days, which is wayyyyy faster than I'm used to with them specifically.
