Have said this elsewhere, but it's likely just a hold on your credit card. Most credit cards renew holds on preorders from Target every 30 days. I have not seen it preorder anywhere else, but also haven't really looked yet!Looks like I’ve got a pending charge from Target as of yesterday for those Neil Young CD boxes.

I always have delays with them but it’s been bad luck over anything else. First time I ordered last year, there were delays on the Blue Note albums I ordered. This time I’m waiting on the Flaming Pie preorder to come through.It's funny, I got those free uDiscover Music albums delivered within a few days but my $100+ sale order from 7/5 that they claimed would ship on 7/9 hasn't... anyone else having delays with them during that sale? I've always gotten stuff vey quick with them. No worries if there are some hold ups but communication is key.

The only things I haven't received were pre-orders (PJ Harvey, Paul McCartney, Tone Poets). I have had issues (and so have other on here) in the past. Seems like sometimes they overestimate when their albums will be available. The CS is not very responsive but it does help to reach out. Yea! It’s holding up my whole order though. I knew it would when I ordered but totally forgot until they emailed me the other day to say my order is almost ready to ship. My other order through them also is a preorder of some of the Blue Note TPs so won’t get those til end of August.But that's not due to ship until July 31, right?
Yea it’s frustrating. I don’t mind that much right now as the few things I bought are way below priced anywhere else. So if I have to wait, it’s fine for now. I have plenty to listen to. But it is annoying that they are so bad at communicating and slow to ship. It’s been an issue before COVID too.Just an update on Recordstore in the UK, they're run by Digital Stores who also run udiscover, there's currently a 2-3 week turnaround on any email sent. Email conversations will take months, as I'm finding out now.
Looks like others are having problems too, with over 90% of people giving one-star reviews on review sites.
Cancelling my outstanding orders and buying from elsewhere until they get their act together.
