Now that the B-52s MoFi are back, anyone have insight on the Cosmic Thing pressing? I have an original of the S/T and it sound phenomenal so I don’t think I need an upgrade on that.

They aren’t from master tapes so it’s probably better to get OGs. I think the masters went missing

Yeah I’ve heard that too, I’ve done that with the S/T and Wild Planet but Cosmic Thing is pretty hard to find in great condition for under $35/40 so I’m thinking the Mofi is just easier at this point.

Damn, I finally bit on the Guns N Roses box along with the red Corinne Bailey Rae which pushed me to Diamond VIP level and it came with more perks then I realized and lasts until the end of next year instead of just this year.
The "Level Up Bonus" ended up being another $20 in credit (Plus upgrades your Birthday gift to $20 as well) so after using all my credits for this order i'm already back up to $78. Hopefully I can turn that into another boxset or something I actually want and that drops the Guns N Roses box down to about $140-150 when all is said and done. Also, pretty nice to know i'll be getting 4x in points for awhile too.
If anyone is close to Diamond level it could be worth it as I would have pulled the trigger more quickly if I knew the extra perks were this good.

Great deal, but they went from a stellar 2020 of monthly releases to a pretty terrible 2021, at least in terms of what I'd be interested in. It's not a bad gamble for $99, but I'd only have kept two of the last 12 months' releases...

This 4x Points thing going on is absurd. I used a 40% off coupon, Spent $150 on a Nirvana box, which put me at like 48000 points- which i then used to get $47 worth of records- which itself generated another 1700 points
