It's seriously an amazing set, and with all the live bullshit that comes out every other week, this is an AMAZING live set by one of the greats. My understanding is that this will happen on their end automatically. I sent Plaidroom an email yesterday requesting that two separate orders be combined for shipping, and received a response saying that would happen, along with a refund for the shipping paid for the second order (since it was being added to the first order that met the free shipping threshold).
