Post-Rock Will Never Die, But You Will... (The Post-Rock Thread)

Great to see Ganger talked about, they were great. I was a bit too young to see them live, unfortunately.

I’d also recommend El Hombre Trajeado, who were also part of that Glasgow scene, and who were produced by the same guy that did some of the Ganger stuff. I love the way these albums sound. I think this album might be free to download on Bandcamp, and is worth your time.

Nice, will check this out.

Anyone else popping by POST. Fest in Indy next week? It'll be my first time back since the lockdown.

Has anyone come across full song streams of the Slint - Tweez reissue? I am curious about the new mix but also have an OG copy.

I have listened to Mogwai since the late 90s and Hardcore Will Never Die one of my favourites albums of theirs. But only today did I discover that there is a 2 cd version of the album with a 23 minute long song (Music For A Forgotten Future) on the bonus disc that has never been available anywhere else and is not available on streaming. To the Discogs!

If you can't find a copy, I have it in FLAC and can help you out (it used to come as a bonus with the download from Sub Pop).
