That's the one! It's from the Rocktober series and only available at brick and mortar stores (like Bullmoose or your local). I haven't heard this particular one but I believe it was cut by Bellman and should sound pretty great.Are the reissues by Rhino? I'm looking for Fear of Music and want to make sure this is the one...

Yes. That should be the silver one. Blows away my 80s pressing.
I am guessing this will go fast given the NFF's fanbase and limited pressing but in case anyone's interested. $53 after shipping is steep but it's pretty cool regardless.
