Edit: so bizarre that shipping is $2 cheaper from Fat Possum than the band’s site, when I’m pretty sure the label is also the one filling those orders.

I have enjoyed several of your label's releases and the Wax mage versions go in seconds. Could you educate us from a label perspective as to why the Wax Mage versions are challenging to produce in larger numbers? Does it cost more on your end and if the prices for those were higher, would that make any difference in how many are made? Thanks in advance.

The most simple explanation is - the plant itself will not allow quantities in excess of 25. They are done with their own methods and are handmade. The cost per unit is quite high for the items themselves as well, compared to your standard vinyl. I really wish we could get them in larger numbers but the additional time it takes to make them is what holds them back I believe.

That's why we have the LTD/100 versions as well - so there are some beautiful wax to go around. Hope that answers the question!

I wish there was a Betting site to bet on Concert Set lists....I'd be a retired Millionaire betting IG being played at any Wilco show I attend.
