what a weird mess hah. no wonder stores couldn't figure out which were which.
Mine scanned in as blue marble, so I opened it immediately and saw it's black.

Rough Trade responded:

My sincere apologies for the mistake. It is becoming apparent that we made a significant error in our inventory processing and mislabeled quite a few of the Jungle records. Unfortunately we do not have any back stock to provide replacements for the records that were sent out in error. We can offer a partial refund of 25% if you would like to hang on to the copy you received, or we can provide a return label so you can send it back to us for a full refund. Let me know how you wish to proceed and again, our sincere apologies for the mistake and any ensuing disappointment.

I'd follow up with whatever the difference is between the 2 on discogs right now (assuming it is more than 25%) and ask for that much of a refund. Definitely sounds like something that can be negotiated. They also mailed you wrong stock so it's bate and switch, but that's lawyer territory and I usually ask @Heath about that stuff

Didn't the blue cost more than the black? So 25% off would basically just knock the price back to the price of a black copy? Sketchy.

It was the red that I'd ordered, but the sticker on back scanned in as blue marble. Yes, the red was more expensive. I told them I wanted 30% and a discount on a future purchase. The refund processed immediately and I was told that he could not generate a discount but I should get in touch with him next time I want to buy something and he'd see what he can do. Yeah right. I'm still pissed.

This would be a good Magnolia discovery pick.
I remember liking some of their stuff via a Spotify Discovery playlist and then being disappointed to see they've never released a full length. A little rich for my blood to take a flyer but will check it out once released.
