Interesting they’d do a special new version considering the fit thrown when YL ended, distancing from the Youth Lagoon name.

A few writers and music stores referred to YL when talking about the new project (which I can’t actually even remember) and he kind of went after them with a bunch of “that is in the PAST and I’m NOT THAT ANY MORE you need to remove those references” sort of thing. It just all seemed very odd for a one-person project and a little tantrum-y.

That’s so strange. Unless of course they referred to the new music as YL, or diminishes the new music by saying they disagreed with the direction and prefer YL. But not wanting someone to reference a previous project when talking about the new one is silly.
