Has anyone who pre-ordered the signed Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats album from Twist & Shout heard anything from them? I haven't received it yet, and I reached out via their online form last week, but crickets.

I didnt but on their website it says vinyl doesn’t come out until November 12th.

Hopefully this Nilufer grows on me because I love her voice but it sounds like she’s singing over the sounds of hotel construction work and those weird clicking sounds your car makes because there’s some interior panels loose and you can’t find which ones they are.

I ordered a Beta Radio record from them last night. Here is hoping it turns out well. Never ordered from them before.

i ordered the beck mofi through them which is almost assuredly the wrong listing even though they confirmed when i emailed them. they then changed the listing and are apparently not letting people cancel their orders. i also had ordered the stadium arcadium vinyl restock through them but no shipping notice or anything yet. don't know that i'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

They cancelled my Beck order, but did,not provide any email confirmation. I also read on their reviews that people had orders canceled for other purchases and never received refunds. I have not been refunded. So I'll have to deal with PayPal to get the money back if it doesn't show up in the next few days.
