Pre-Order Thread

TLDR alert, but I know a few of you will definitely want to read it to the end, and then click the link...

"Bills & Aches & Blues is named, arguably (as Elizabeth Fraser never published the lyrics) after the opening line of Cocteau Twins ‘Cherry-Coloured Funk’. Perhaps too unique and uncoverable in their own right, their legendary take on Tim Buckley’s ‘Song To The Siren’, under the name This Mortal Coil (along with Buckley’s pre-Starsailor acoustic version) informs SOHN’s cover."

I'm ready for a not sarcastic FJM. Not quite J. Tillman and not quite peak cynic Misty. Maybe that's why he took nearly 4(!) years off since his last proper album.
Prior to that though he was putting out back to back albums with Pure Comedy and God’s Favorite Customer. J. Tillman albums were sad and boring. FJM albums are sad and funny. As long as the music is tuneful and the lyrics make me chuckle I am on board.
