EDIT: can anyone comment on a quality difference between the 2xLP and single LPs for their last album (A Hero's Death)? I couldn't be arsed since it came on 2xLP and was like 2 songs per side. I opted for a regular LP which sounds fine. But I am curious if there's a very noticeable improvement in sound on the 2xLP

I actually listen to the two LP version of a hero’s death yesterday.
It sounds good but I honestly don’t think it needs to be on two records. I can’t comment on the 1LP version.

I actually bought both the Midnight Blue and 2xLP of A Hero's Death. The 2xLP had a little deeper bass and better stereo separation. The Midnight blue sounded very good though. In the end I PIFed the blue and kept the 2xLP
