A friend just told me that Spoon's colored editions of Lucifer on the Sofa are delayed, but black will be in stores on Friday. I pre-ordered thru Matador (Orange / Black) and mine shows as "processing." Normally I get releases from Matador at least a day early, but obviously everything is different now. Has anyone heard anything else about it?

Booooo! My Black Country, New Road just found is delayed too. Really want both of these in hand.

Spoon posted a vinyl guide on their Instagram. Looks like the Matador orange/black is still on schedule but some have been delayed. No shipping notification for me either and I ordered the orange/black as well. It looks like the only delays are indie retail and Urban Outfitters.

I got a shipping notice for the Matador Spotify edition...looks like that one is "on schedule" as well.

However, I don't see any limited edition double vinyl listed when following the link ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Guess it's something worth keeping an eye on as I assume it might be a 45 RPM version.

Edit: Found it. It's on a different page than linked on the email. It's a deluxe version with bonus tracks



Edit 2: It shows already released November 19, 2021 Being that this was just listed, I suspect they meant November 19, 2022?

It for sure wasn’t just listed because I bought a copy about a week ago. I guess I’ll find out when I get my copy as to when the release date was.
