Interesting, I think it's just a repress of this Big Star - Third [Test Pressing Edition]
I have this one and it comes in a 3/4" tall box with some of the recording notes and sheets.
That one is probably the same but without the extras and just a regular sleeve.

what @wokeupnew said. i think its that 1LP version of the box set so doesn't have all the demos and things on it that were included in the box.
