I'm so far over budget that there is no room for more at the moment but this 2fer with above album and this Japanese percussion looks like a winner. Scroll down for the 2fer.

It is is pretty bad in the US as well these days. Most nursing jobs were I live offer 15,000-20,000 sign on bonuses these days.
