It'd be 14 to my area.
I think the "first x get y" without having separate products built into the system for it thing is one of my least favorite preorder actions. Like, if you want to do 500 signed posters...create a product listing for w/ signed poster and w/o signed poster, don't leave people wondering.
This isn't in the cards for me now anyway but that shipping and mystery prize thing is so not my jam.
