Really wish they would figure out releasing Shadows Collide and To Record Only Water

Not bitching that people will get to own these because The Will to Death is one of my favorites

Yeeaaahh, I don't think they have anything. I started to feel like the Pumas were assembled by someone because of the strength of one song, and luckily were able to put on a great live show. That certainly carried them for awhile. And seeing that Adrian Quesada just put out a really good record tells me that they aren't writing together. But I'm speculating.

Rhino did a War box set for RSD 2021 that had this in it. It’s been exactly a year. My bet is they are using the same plates from that release, which we never got pressing details on. It does sound excellent though.

thanks! i know KG cut the War Greatest Hits for RSD on his new all-tube system so I need to grab a copy of that. Was hoping he did others :) but your explanation makes way more sense that it's a breakout.

The original issue of The World… always sounded great to me if you want to pick one up even cheaper. The greatest hits collection sounds amazing but the pressing is a tad noisy.
