Lots of that additional stuff is streaming material for me, (and I have to go hot take here) for me that even included the esher demos

The Beatles are a bit of an exception for me but I found lots of the stuff on the expanded Pepper’s, Abbey Road and Let It Be disposable. The Esher Sessions and the non demo stuff on Let It Be would be exceptions that I’d sit down to listen to on vinyl on their own merits. I do rarely listen to anything other than vinyl at home, streaming is more a car/public transport thing for me.

I stream a lot of music on afternoons at work if I do office work and I enjoyed the eher demos that way, but I have far too many records anyway to go for the 4lp version of everything ( that was easier with cds). But like everyone here has his exception to rules. I would have loved to got that rsd prefab sprout acoustic steve mcqueen a couple of years ago

I wish I could listen to music in work. It’s just not possible. I listened to so much over the two Covid year but because I was at home it was all vinyl! I’m going to be WFH every Monday now so I’m hoping that’s a great opportunity to just keep spinning more record…

They couldn't include the damn Unplugged set from the "Super Deluxe" CD set?
I'm happy we get the extras that we get, but come on...

Glad I held off buying the CD version (there are some decent gray market boots of the Unplugged set).
I don't get why put the original album on 2LP, seems like it would fit on a 1LP. could've put in that unplugged set on another record

at 53+ minutes it pushes the limits of what vinyl can do. Complaints of former pressings have been of compression which is not a choice they can make when there isn't enough space on a slab to let the music breathe.

Yeah, the single LP version from Walmart sounds quiet and compressed. I'm glad that's on 2LP. Just weird curation for this 4LP box set. Figured Run Out Groove of all labels would do a little better. There are some fun non-album tracks that were also just on CD like the swing version of Sex Type Thing. Again, I'm glad we're getting what we're getting, but one more LP would have made this set perfect.

I wonder if this will best the clear MOV?
