He sent out an update email today - "Interest in this reprint has been truly humbling and we sold out in almost all web stores in under 24 hours. Pre-Order via local record stores is still available... If you're unable to find a copy, we're planning to release more soon so stay tuned. "

You can preorder it from RoughTrade UK if u don’t mind paying a bit extra shipping to US. Looks like it may ship earlier. RT chg at time of ship and they make canceling easy. So, if it shows up on a US site u could cancel.
