That was released through Tommy Boy though. I'd be very surprised if these new reissues are from a different source than the return to streaming. Hopefully will be clarified explicitly. This is referring to streaming though, the vinyls can stay the same? Found this on the vmp edition looks like that was the same
Everything You Need To Know About Our ‘3 Feet High And Rising’ Reissue
Don’t remember the VMP missing stuff but the samples originally were cleared for vinyl only at Tommy Boy since digital streaming wasn’t a thing when the albums were made. I know they have been trying to furiously clear samples the past few years but wasn’t sure if they got them all cleared since there are SO manyI have all the VMPs but what was the deal with edits on them? They were missing some samples? Or skits or something?
I looked back, I think Buhloon was missing the skits. I do not care about this.Don’t remember the VMP missing stuff but the samples originally were cleared for vinyl only at Tommy Boy since digital streaming wasn’t a thing when the albums were made. the skits, I don't mind, the intro to the first song is missing because of a sample clearance issue. That is pretty significant, but not a deal breaker.I looked back, I think Buhloon was missing the skits. I do not care about this.
Well for all formats other than streaming which did not exist... which is why thisDon’t remember the VMP missing stuff but the samples originally were cleared for vinyl only at Tommy Boy since digital streaming wasn’t a thing when the albums were made. Is up in the air. Just because Tommy Boy doesn't own the rights anymore does not mean that the clearance is different. That was released through Tommy Boy though. I hope you're not the person I bought it from...I sure hope the person who bought my VMP copy of Discogs less than a month ago isn't lurking around these parts.
New Eyelids record coming. If you dig the Power Pop/jangly stuff, this might be for you.
It's because there are zero options for lots of Americans in some places other than those chain restaurants. It's easier for a corporation to open a location than an individual to raise the capital needed to do so themselves. Also people in the US love chain restaurants, they do. I don't like them but have eaten at them. I also prefer to get food at local places if I can. the best thing about living in Vermont is the lack of fast food options everywhere and more local places to eat. Customers here also enjoy supporting local and make an effor to support local places over chain restaurants. Other states don't have that same culture of supporting local as much from what I've seen. Not to say that there are not good local food options everywhere it's just more common to find fast food prevalent in most places.
