I pre-ordered from The Cure's UK store the minute it was announced. Shipping to the US was $$$, but I've wanted this record for so long, I wasn't about to miss it. A friend ordered from Merchbar and it kept getting delayed. He finally received it last week. I think he was getting ready to cancel and order through Amoeba.

I cancelled my target preorder and bought the euro pressing from JPC. Cheaper than anywhere in the states too.

Ive seen multiple copies of this in various record stores since its release - did not investigate if it was the German pressing though.

I went ahead and ordered it from jpc.de. Fair price, in stock, and it's the Euro version, which is pressed at Pallas, whereas the US version is pressed at that euphemistically named GZ-satellite plant in Canada. "Save" a little more by buying another record or two while you're there.

I ordered mine last week, and it's made it through customs in Chicaogo. Should get to my doorstep early next week. I still have my Target order in because it was such a good price and because it's a different version. But I'm startin to think they're not going to be able to delvier it anyway.
