Amazing record in need of a good reissue, so this is great news. Kinda random that 4AD is handling the reissue though...wonder what the connection is there? Not sure I've seen them reissue anything outside of their own catalog before.

I figured Intervention would have gotten it since they did White Light. Anyone know what's going on with them? Haven't heard about any new reissues in a while.
 
Great Grandpa, a Double Double Whammy signed indie-rock outfit, has dropped a new song and it sounds like they’ve matured a ton since their last album. They have a Bandcamp variant and a Webstore variant (limited /175).

That's too bad - I have a couple from them and they're really well done. Looking at their titles though, I can't say I'm surprised. I can't imagine them making money on anything beyond maybe Matthew Sweet and the first Flying Burrito Bros

Yeah, I agree, that's why I've always been on the lookout for what they're doing next. The only one that was a must buy for me was Gilded Palace of Sin. Very well done though and I'm sure the rest are as well.
