Interesting - I knew that RSD had some "local" or "regional" releases, but was unaware that some stores did their own RSD exclusives. Can these be found on the RSD main site? I'm not seeing em? I'm curious what else might be out there as particular store RSD exclusives.

I know that these are not part of the RSD lineup, they are just ones they press and and sell on RSD. I know Seasick did this with their pressing of Waxhatchee Out in The Storm last year as well.

Waxahatchee - Out In The Storm [LP - Silver Sparks In Blue]. I know Zia has a couple more as well this year.

Man I listened to this album a LOT in 1998. I try not to just rebuild my CD collection from the 90s in wax, but I might have to grab this one (or a more boring/non-NC-priced variant).

Edit: the black version is like $25 most places if $40+shipping (so like close to $50) isn’t your jam.

One of my favorite records ever and still holds up well. Assuming the pressing these days is same as a few years ago, it sounds fantastic and definitely a big jump from the CD.

Here's a record store I follow on Instagram. I don't live in NY but oh man if I did I would hit this place up so much. They have everything I like in music.
