Craft released Eastern Sounds as a small batch pressing in 2021. For that one:
  • All-analog mastering by Bernie Grundman from the original master tapes
  • Pressed at RTI utilizing Neotech’s VR900 compound
For this upcoming release, according to this photo: "lacquer cut from the original master tapes by Kevin Gray."

It's interesting to me that there would be two different masters for two releases of the same album, from the same label, in the span of 2+ years.

that one was a one-step, this one isn't -- i assume that they need different masters for this?

both miles and monk/coltrane are sold out already?
