I caved and ordered the Goose box as well. Very few bands I am probably willing to spend that kind of money on, but they are certainly one. And considering its 12 LPs plus what sounds like a cool book, its actually not all that bad. I wonder how limited it is.

Yes. Definitely a band that you feel good supporting. They had me on the Introduction when streaming.

Yeah, there was some initial sticker shock when seeing the price, but the more I think about it its actually a decent deal all things considered!

If that were a Pearl Jam release, shipping would be more than the cost of the box set. The latest vault (4LPs) came to over $90 with shipping, $70 base price.

Thank you for posting this. The blurb puts it very much up my alley—solo guitar, Canadian, inspired by Opeth's acoustic passages, and with a companion tab book to boot? I had never heard of him before and put on Earth and Sky last night, and really enjoyed it.

Added bonus: he's a genuinely wonderful human being!

So glad you dug the last album. I definitely recommend checking out The Night Watch and highly recommend checking out Musk Ox as well. Quality stuff. Musk Ox's 2014 album Woodfall was a major musical gateway for me when it came out.
