I’d go to Sam Goody and Coconut’s in a pinch but they were too damn expensive. Also had a spot called Book Broker and Book and Music Exchange (BME) that had all the primo used.

I really miss Media Play. I spent a lot of time looking at CDs there.
There was a Sam Goody at the mall in Columbus, MS which was my closest mall and the only place for me to buy music growing up. When I moved back to Louisiana, I used to spend all of my allowance at Camelot Music.

Not really sure who's interested except me but Knifeforce is reissuing the Acen's Trip II the Moon boxset in pieces.
I didn't really care for the remix sets but grabbed the 3 parts and the 2092 which is actually really great!

Man, so many places. In Jacksonville… it was all about the Record Bar. They had closed up shop by the time I moved to Durham. Here we had Millenium Music which was a cool local chain. School Kids (still around), and for used CD warehouse. During college, my favorite shop of all time was in Boone - Grapevine Records.
Along the way, lots of big box stores… Best Buy, Walmart, Roses, Target, Sam Goodys and FYE

This is really good. Great amalgamation of a lot of current pop songwriting but that bridge felt like Jenny Lewis in mid-late Rilo Kiley almost? She's got a really nice touch on her musical style choices
