There is a hole somewhere in the Arizona desert (their home after abandoning Everett, WA) where they buried all the Pops remains from their inventory that deemed less costly to destroy than to store and attempt to sell. This does not feel like the type of company that should have ever been taken public.
I imagine Disney will eventually buy what remains of the company after the burning smell from the self-immolation subsides.
