I really liked Romantic Images, I thought it was better than First Flower but not as good as her first. This one you can clearly hear Wild Nothing's influence all over it.

Any way of knowing whether this one will sound better the original silver? Word is the records mastered and cut at RTI (olive green for example) sound quite good. I'd be in for an upgrade. Guess I'll email secretly.

EDIT: They are being pressed at Precision PRP and not Bonati (silver), so I'm might get one.

Where did you see that information at?

I have a Clear Secretly Society version and I don't remember it having any issues but I do remember a lot of complaints about the silver.

I emailed Secretly and they replied immediately confirming Precision PRP handling this batch. Looks like it's the same manufacturer as the other new pink variant from that Florida store, according to the discogs entry.

Guess we’ll find out if it’s a plant issue or a mastering/cut issue. Secretly, Dead Oceans, 4AD have never really put anything great out (pressing wise) from my experience.
