the list of participants has me excited:
"including Bruce Springsteen, Billie Joe Armstrong, Lucinda Williams and Elvis Costello, The Hold Steady, Tommy Stinson, Alison Mossheart with the late, great Wayne Kramer, Tom Morello, Counting Crows, Dinosaur Jr., The Wallflowers, Spoon, Susanna Hoffs, Frank Turner and Rancid, among others."

Still wonder if this will be exclusive to his store or getting a wide release. I want to support him but intl shipping and taxes are making this really expensive

Went ahead and bit the bullet on the Organ twofer via 604. No idea what SQ or QC is like, but can't really take a gamble missing out on this. I've had originals of this in my discogs wishlist for like a decade, and they regularly fetch $100-300 with ease for "Grab That Gun" alone.

If anyone is a fan of moody, angsty post-punk and isn't familiar with this band, they were great.

You convinced me to grab this too. I used to have Thieves on a burned CD, but lost it a few years ago. Hopefully they'll do them justice and make sure that the vocals aren't buried in the mix, since her voice is part of why I loved this band.
