I love this album but why does a 10 year old album that was originally released on vinyl need to be remastered?

Sometimes it’s a licensing issue. It’s cheaper/easier to “remaster” than dink with getting it back. Or if the last gen remasters were lost or inaccessible. Or maybe they just didn’t like ‘em.

I suppose that's true, especially with a debut album. Maybe they just didn't like it.

Good to know why they chose that color. Now it makes sense, this is their first store exclusive. I ordered it because I missed out on the blue variant from his bandcamp. I will definitely check it out when I am in town. Haven't been to Dallas in about 6 years though.
