I was looking up some more information for the upcoming MOV Jack's Mannequin release and I noticed these two dots.
I am a newbie ordering a MOV..... What does the blue dot mean? Is that because it's numbered?

I think that’s their designation for coming with an insert. The blue dot is collateral (like if it came with a booklet it would say something like 12p).
