Well they are the most worth owning but yikes that is steep for that.I also just noticed that that box set is just the first 2 albums, a singles comp and a live album.
White is 1000...but white with orange 7”vinyl was 250Khruangbin
Hot on the heels of ‘Mordechai’, the critically acclaimed third album from US psych-rockers Khruangbin, the Texas trio are set to become the latest act to present their own LateNightTales in the popular, long-running musician-curated album series. Having first come to prominence in 2013 when...latenighttales.co.uk
there are tons left of the white it seems!
My guess is vmp...wonder if has the orange 7” though
I'm a big fan so I guess that makes me one of the weird ones . They are mostly great mixes and end up being some of my most spun albums. Back when people could come over and hang out, we always tossed a LNT comp on because it's always a great mix of music and there's pretty much something for everyone on a lot of the mixes. The BBNG one is particularly great and there are a ton of other ones. Sure--I could play it on streaming, but you can say that for anything really...Just a comp of songs created by a band. Sort of like a “Khruangbin is influenced by all this!” sort of thing. People go crazy over them, but I just kind of view it as an artists Spotify playlist pressed on wax. The infatuation is a little weird
There's a variant there of 500 of white with orange 7". You have to buy the CD too but...White is 1000...but white with orange 7”vinyl was 250
I'm also not swayed by the 7-inch all that much since I rarely spin them. (even though the collector in me is like, "collect it! future value!")I'm gonna hold-off until I see the price/quantity on VMP's variant. If it's too steep, I might just get a pre-order in with my local for the Indie Orange. Can't do that White LP + 7-inch with those GBP prices & shipping.
There are actually quite a few LNT comps on streaming that don't have the actual full tracklist, I guess for rights/clearance reasons.I'm a big fan so I guess that makes me one of the weird ones . I always find myself putting on a LNT comp when I'm not sure what I am in the mood to listen to. Most of them have a lot of care put into how the tracks flow from one song to another. I like seeing what influences all these bands and hearing the cover they chose to do.
does the 7" have any exclusive tracks? My guess is vmp...wonder if has the orange 7” though

I don't have experience with previous LNT comps, but your explanation about throwing them on with company struck with me in how I learned about Khruangbin. For the last three years, Khruangbin has been my friends' go-to hangout/background music and it always turns people on to their stuff. On top of the fact that Khruangbin is influenced by a lot of great world music, this should be pretty great. I will probably pick up this as my first LNT comp.I'm a big fan so I guess that makes me one of the weird ones . They are mostly great mixes and end up being some of my most spun albums. Definitely the Khruangbin cover of "Summer Madness" on the A-side (which also appears on the compilation), but I don't know if they've announced anything on the B-side.does the 7" have any exclusive tracks?
Well, I certainly overpaid. I'd be more bothered but at least the proceeds go to charity so blah. It is what it is.Up on Bullmoose. $31 shipped.
