Sweet! I love Gin Blossoms!

They were closer to Don’t Tell A Soul Replacements here.

Things would take a turn with their follow up album, once “Name” became a smash, they really leaned into the schmaltzy Ballads for their next album which turned them into a joke. But if you like a certain type of late 80s college rock this was a pretty good album.

The Gin Blossoms are pretty good too but their best songwriter killed himself after he got kicked out of the band for being a drunk and they understandably never really got too far past that.

I was in college in Arizona from 90-93 and Gin Blossoms were huge. It sucks what happened to Doug 😢

Re. Goo Goo Dolls, I really love this album. Long Way Down could be a Replacements song if you squint hard enough.

I like that they covered Slave Girl by the Lime Spiders. The singer from the Lime Spiders said the royalties made him enough money to buy a small house

Blueprint's debut album "1988" is finally getting reissued for its 20th anniversary.
I already ordered mine

Placed mine like 5 minutes ago. Loved the blue but with the random color. Fingers crossed it fits

I love all the Meitei stuff. Fortunately, Darla tends to get copies stateside so I'm not paying overseas shipping. They have them up now

Great Australian record from the 90s:

Damn, missed it!

EDIT: just don't know how to internet. But that's too damn expensive!

Re:EDIT: Ah, fuck it. Those are them aussie dollars. Did it.
