you get to do the detective work in figuring out which Weezer is which!I like how open to interpretation that is, good work gap!
I think Green is better than where you have it ranked, but I would have a similar list otherwise.you get to do the detective work in figuring out which Weezer is which!
ok but for real:
I refuse to dignify The Teal Album by giving it a spot on the list.

I think the first half of Green (from "Don't Let Go" to "Crab") is really solid, but the second half is just kinda blah to me which is what drags it down for me personally. It's still a solid album overall, just very frontloaded imoI think Green is better than where you have it ranked, but I would have a similar list otherwise.

1A. Weezer AKA “The Blue Album”
1B. Pinkerton
I will have to take your word on everything after that.

I was excited for Green Album when it came out but I think that had more to do with the fact that I didn’t really expect there to be another Weezer album after Pinkerton flopped and River’s flamed out. I enjoyed most of the green album and malidroit for that matter alright but they were steps below their first two LPs IMO.I’m kinda there too whilst remembering enjoying humming hash pipe back at some point in my late teens/early twenties.

I said this before, I think River’s has created quite a few worthwhile Post-Pinkerton singles, just not whole albums.I mean the fact that I can’t even remember the rest of that album bears testament to that...

I know many people swear by The Blue Album, and I like it, just not as much as some others. It gets a lot of default credit for being the original and it is a very good debut album, but just not my absolute favorite of theirsClose....

Make Believe is a solid album, though I would say much like Green it suffers from being frontloaded and having a shaky second half. But its highs are quite good and I'll admit that "Hold Me" is one of my favorite Weezer songs everI guess I'm on an PowerPop/Pop Island all my own with liking Make Believe.
Perfect Situation and My Best Friend are Power Pop gems, The 80's sound of This Is Such a Pity, and the Sad Bastard Tinge of The Damage in your Heart are, IMO, great.
But then again I rank Mathew Sweet's Girlfriend as one of my Top 5....so I'm a sucker for a sound in that wheelhouse.
Make Believe ends with one of my favorite Weezer songs! I actually like the album a lot, once I get past Beverly HillsMake Believe is a solid album, though I would say much like Green it suffers from being frontloaded and having a shaky second half.
