The Beths
  1. Expert In a Dying Field
  2. Jump Rope Glazers
  3. Future Me Hates Me
Future Me Hates Me is still like a 8.5/10 record. They haven't done anything wrong yet and keep getting better and better.
I need to make a change here. I'm still only getting more and more into The Beths and I underrated Future Me Hates Me at first. It is a better album overall than Jump Rope Glazers. Jump Rope Glazers has, arguably, higher highs (Out of Sight, Jump Rope Glazers) but has lower lows. FMHM also has the run of Not Running -> Little Death -> Happy Unhappy which is incredibly good.

8. koi no yokan (this one never really caught me except the first few songs)

and I've not listened to Adreneline in about 25 years, so I can't really rank it

I know I rank Gore higher than most, I think it's partly that it came out when I had just moved to Tucson, so there are happy memories associated with it. But I still love (L)MIRL.

for now...I Am Easy to Find was a big time late grower for me and now might only be 2nd due to nostalgia love for Boxer, so there's room to grow more on me. I think I was hopeful that the omnipresence of female voices would continue from the previous album...maybe even some of the dreamy interludes between some of the tracks. so far to me Frankenstein feels more early-10s National than a step forward from their last two offerings. still delightful, though!

We're pretty close! I guess the biggest switch is The Fragile & Broken.

I don't really consider Hvarf/Heim a proper album, but if I were to consider it, it would rank between Med sud and Kveikur on my list. It's still really good.

I’ll have to pick up last years 5 at some point. They’ve just released so much so fast, most of which is great, that I began to feel a little bit burnt out on them!
