There’s something calming about a dead mall
Certainly moreso than an undead mall

i have six of the comps and the only which is not Jazz/Fusion that leans funky is the Moon Rocks one which is Disco, Boogie and Funk. They did not brand that one as JD. They lean hard on 70s output from Milestone and Prestige. Stuff like Rusty Bryant, Charles Kynard, Bernard Purdie, Idris Muhammad. There some soul jazz and out there stuff too (Joe Henderson has some of both) on the label as well. It’s not Bop but it also isn’t P-Funk.Interesting coming from a label named Jazz Dispensary...
During COVID, my high school hangout mall shut down and went up for auction. Whatever was left behind by every store/restaurant was fair game. Santa's Village went for $2000.There’s something calming about a dead mall
My best friend from college is from Monroeville, though he's not a zombie (as far as I know). He did take me to this museum once.Or a live mall once used to film an undead mall movie that now contains a commemorative living dead store.

It’s still around overseas, but between exchange rate and shipping it gets real pricey real fast for a single LP.I waited on it and missed too. Boo.
