Could that be in reference to the VMP box stand-alone listings they had? I initially thought the error could have been that they added one of each VMP Dead releases as “sealed/pre-owned” for like double the price of the APs. I think Terrapin was $100 and Reckoning $150 or something like that.I talked to a friend with a wholesale account and he was told they had one copy of each dead title.
Bowery Electric's 1996 Beat restocked:
Yeah, this was an instant purchase for me. I played this CD so much in late 90s. Also, at $22 for a 2LP, I love the pricing. One of my top50 all-time. Highly recommended for the trip-hop/downtempo crowd.
They told him that was the AP stuff. Who knows. Seems like there were not many. Theoretically 1 is less than 100 as posted.Could that be in reference to the VMP box stand-alone listings they had? I know there is some vitriol for Acoustic Sounds right now, but they do have David Bowie's Blackstar back in-stock in case anyone has been trying to snag a copy.

I got the black version, no scuffs (luckily) but has a nice layer of film. Hopefully a trip or twenty through my Spin Clean will fix it up.Good grief, I hope everyone likes sleeve scuffs with their Cake because this pressing of Fashion Nugget looks like it was freaking belt sanded.
It is 2022. We have the technology. Just put the goddamn records in a goddamn poly or rice paper sleeve. Goddamn!
Edit: discogs is also stating this was pressed at United.
Maybe that's why they used the belt sanderI got the black version, no scuffs (luckily) but has a nice layer of film. Hopefully a trip or twenty through my Spin Clean will fix it up.
