This is a bit niche as they're a horror surf–garage rock band with a cult following so not sure if there are any fans here but this had completely sold out and there was just a silent restock of a few leftovers in Purple and Green. Just a really fun listen if you're into the style at all.
You’d assume most of DCFC’s demo at this point had figured out out to properly play a record.from website: *Please note that due to the weight of the vinyl, certain turntables may skip due to the tonearm being too light. A trick for this is to add a penny (or sometimes up to a quarter) on the head of the tone arm before playing the record to prevent the skipping.*Transatlanticism 2XLP
This special 10th anniversary edition of Transatlanticism is available on vinyl (after several years out of print). The high quality 180-gram double LP comes in a nice gatefold sleeve, with full-color 12-page booklet. The digital release (included with MP3 download in the vinyl version) contains...store.deathcabforcutie.com
I was wondering if the Zavvi post was real. This became pretty hard to locate within a handful of months of the first repress, so...yeah if you want it this is a good time.Epic album. I'd jump on this now if you were looking for a copy they won't last long.
Eddie Hazel Game, Dames and Guitar Thangs LP
If your circle of friends includes any guitar players, take this little test. Ask them if they are familiar with Eddie Hazel's Game, Dames and Guitar Thangs. Chances are their eyes will widen, followed by an exclamation something like 'I thought I was the only one who knew about that record!'...realgonemusic.com
I was tempted, but then found a copy of the boom boom cut for $25, and reviews seem split on which sounds better, but to avoid a 45 and save $35 it felt like the right move.Electric Warrior also is in stock:

Yeah, same here. Of today's offerings, the Cars MoFi is most tempting for me, but I've got a nice OG copy so for now at least, I'm holding off. (Same for the Dylan Nashville Skyline, which I see is now sold out.)I was tempted, but then found a copy of the boom boom cut for $25, which reviews seem split on which sounds better, but to avoid a 45 and save $35 it felt like the right move.

You can't go wrong but yes to me the Mofi pretty handily beats the KPG. But the KPG is great in it's own right and a steal at that price.I believe @Mather owns both and made a comparison a while back. I believe he preferred the MOFI by a margin. But probably best for him to confirm that. I personally stayed with the Boom Boom and love it. A great remaster cut by KPG@ATM, pressed at RTI and housed in a Tip-On jacket for $25... can't go wrong really.

But the Mofi is almost certainly digital so now it's a dog frisbee.
