do you guys refund the whole order or just the excess? i'd be spiteful and petty and refund the whole order, which is probably why i would not be able to run a successful record business. fuck flippers and their ilk.

It really depends on the order. When someone orders all 50 copies of the Cranberries record you just restocked and limited to 1 per customer - you refund the whole thing haha!
I do try to treat things on a case by case basis, and sometimes I definitely understand when folks are buying a copy for their friend or whoever. We've all done that. But the 50 copies when it's limit 1, come on now, that's just rude!

Yeah that was a weird one. A few folks mentioned that to me this morning. I'm still debugging trying to figure out what's going on. But, we'll probably have some leftover stock. I think there was a few folks that ordered 5s and 10s on that title last night and it's limit 1 - so there should be some refunds getting issued. You mind emailing me at bob@plaidroomrecords.com? If we still have a copy sitting around once the dust settles today, I'll send you an invoice.

i've never heard it but that half speed master is the only amy i own on vinyl since most were pretty poorly mastered early on. i haven't heard the restocked one.
