I don’t have the Optimal pressings to compare to, but I certainly agree (and have stated to open this thread) that the Reprise Albums version of Blue sounds even better to me than the Kevin Gray version. Interesting video.

Hmmm interesting. The blue blue seems to be around €100 now. Maybe selling it and the rhino Ladies and getting the box is the way forward

Yeah, that is pretty incredible. And I read somewhere that he didn't mess around when it came to recording, so the quality should be high.

Am I nuts or did this “Live at Carnegie Hall” album just sneak onto Joni’s website with no fanfare? Hadn’t heard about this, but there it is.

EDIT: Digging into this a bit, it looks like a break-out offering from the Archives, Vol. 2 box set. So it’s a standalone, but it’s also included in the 10 LP box.
